Teller Rosette Rings is also known as Taylor wreath, a large flat ring composed of 12 circles arranged in radial direction, much like a circular ball formed by the collision of a helical spring.

The main rib of outer ring has a plurality of convex distribution points, and at the same time, there are many curved branches and joints, when the solution and the contaminated air are oppositely impacted, the droplets form a misty water droplet surrounding the entire filler, and the effect is not only adsorped by surface, but also by the convex distribution points and curved brances.

Compared to the pall ring and saddle ring, it can be at a higher liquid holdup because of numerous gaps, and the tower can remain liquid longer, thus increasing the gas-liquid contact time, improve the mass transfer efficiency, and there is no any dead angle for the flowing liquid, the effective area of the filler is larger than normal packing.

It mainly used for washing tower, cooling tower, deaerator, decarburizing tower, absorber, drying tower; Smoke removal, waste water treatment and other equipment scattered packing; Packing towers of chemical industry, petroleum industry, alkali-Chloride industry, coal gas industry and environmental protection, etc.

HUISEN has two kinds of teller rosette ring, one is with sparks, and the other is without sparks. Without sparks teller rosette ring is thicker than with sparks, and both of them is made by 100% virgin PP.
