EPDM / Silicone Membrane Material Disc Aerator Diffuser for Oxygenated Aeration
Disc Aerator Diffuser is an aeration device developed in the 1980s. The device has small aeration bubbles, large gas-liquid area, uniform diffusion of bubbles, and no blockage of holes. The variable microporous aerator is designed as a slightly convex arched surface and uses reinforced PP plastic as the main body. The diaphragm has an EPDM rubber with an anti-adhesion surface. It is made through processing. The diaphragm opening is selected from German numerical control openings to ensure the quality and accuracy of the hole. When the aerator is oxygenated and aerated, four air supply slots are designed on the surface of the main body, so that the incoming air is buffered by the check valve and sent directly to the center of the aeration head to ensure that the diaphragm can be easily opened with low resistance at one time. The diaphragm is mechanically assembled with rib anti-lock, and the diaphragm does not fall off. The micro-holes on the air distribution membrane swell and expand by itself during air intake to ensure the passage of air. When the aeration is stopped, the variable micropores on the air distribution membrane are closed. Since the variable micropores on the air distribution membrane expand and contract by themselves, the phenomenon of blocking the micropores of the aerator is avoided. Secondly, a check valve device is arranged on the chassis of the aerator to prevent the mixed liquid from entering the gas distribution branch pipe when the pipeline system stops supplying air, so as to prevent the branch pipe from entering the mixed liquid and being blocked. The incoming air does not need special filtering, and intermittent aeration is not blocked, and it is common for variable microporous aerators to have air distribution membranes that are easy to blow and tear and cannot open the diaphragm or the diaphragm is blocked. Large technical improvements, these several technological reforms make it avoid the pain of maintenance in long-term operation, and it is a new generation of excellent products.

1. Structure for preventing reflux

2. Special punching technology
Mechanical punching technology, there’re over 5,500 perforations in Dn200 aerator, over 6,300 perforations in Dn215 aerator, over 9,000 perforations in Dn260 aerator,over 10,000 perforations in Dn330 aerator. Air deflector diameter is 0.5cm, the contact space with the membrane is 0.15cm, which make the opening rate of the membrane can reach 99.9% .At the same time, it can improve oxygenation capacity and oxygen utilization rate and reduce ventilation resistance.
3. Compact structure and uniform gas distribution
A folded-concave structure with better sealing performance is adopted between the membrane and the bottom plate, which solves the disadvantage that the aeration membrane is easy to fall off when the air flow is too large. At the same time, a guide ring and six air guide grooves are added to the chassis support. Compared with other existing aeration devices, under the same operating load, the required aeration volume is greatly reduced, and the aeration is evenly distributed throughout the tank.
