Product Description
Biofilm reactors are divided into fixed bed and flow bed. In the fixed bed, the biofilm carrier is fixed. In the traditional sewage treatment system, the main technology is the fixed bed biofilm technology. However, there are some problems in the traditional fixed bed biofilm process, such as less effective contact between microorganisms and sewage, easy blockage of filter material, periodic back washing, and difficult replacement of fixed packing and aeration equipment under packing. In recent years, the performance and stability of MBBR have been improved continuously, which has become an important technology of sewage treatment.

Process advantages
(1) High volume load, compact land saving, especially for the upgrading of existing sewage treatment plants (facilities), the effect is significant. Without increasing the land area, only simple transformation of existing facilities is needed, the sewage treatment capacity can be increased by 2-3 times, and the effluent quality can be improved. The moving bed biofilm process covers an area of 20-30%.
(2) Strong impact resistance, stable performance and reliable operation. The effect of impact load and temperature change on moving bed process is far less than that on activated sludge process. When the composition of sewage changes or the toxicity of sewage increases, the biofilm has a strong stress on it.
(3) The mixing and aeration system is easy to operate and maintain. The aeration system adopts perforated aeration pipe system, which is not easy to block. The agitator adopts banana type agitating blade, with soft outline and without damaging the packing. The whole mixing and aeration system is easy to maintain and manage.
(4) There is no blockage in the biological pool, the volume of the biological pool is fully utilized, and there is no dead angle.. Because the packing and water flow can be mixed in the whole volume of the biological pool, the possibility of blockage of the biological pool is fundamentally eliminated, so the pool capacity is fully utilized.
(5) Flexible and convenient. The flexibility of the process is reflected in two aspects. On the one hand, all kinds of pool types (deep and shallow square circle) can be used without affecting the treatment effect of the process. On the other hand, it can be very flexible to choose different filler filling rates, so as to meet the requirements of both high efficiency and long-term expansion of treatment scale without increasing tank capacity. For the reconstruction and upgrading of the original activated sludge treatment plant, the fluidized bed biofilm process can be easily combined with the original process to form the integrated process of activated sludge biofilm or the combined process of fluidized bed activated sludge.
(6) Long service life. High quality and durable biological packing, aeration system and effluent device can ensure the long-term use of the whole system without replacement, and the depreciation rate is low.
Product Features
